Definition of terms

1. Operator - The Operator of the Application is the company moraviandata s.r.o., Smetanovo nábřeží 3241/38, 690 02 Břeclav, ID No. 14434954, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, file No. C 128311, email: info@moraviandata.com.
2. User - User is a natural person who uses the Application.
3. Application - The Application is the Discover LVA mobile application, which is used to promote tourism in the Lednice-Valtice area.
4. Application Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) - The App Personal Data Processing Policy is a document in which the Operator describes how it collects, uses, provides and protects the User's personal data in the Discover LVA mobile application.

Processing in connection with the use of the Application

1. Specifications - The Operator processes the User's personal data in connection with the use of the Application to the following extent

• User agent
• IP address
• User's passage through the Application in the event of a technical fault

All such personal data is stored in pseudonymised form.

1. Purpose - The Operator processes the personal data listed in point 1 in order to ensure the technical operation of the Application, i.e. the proper and smooth functioning of the Application and the related troubleshooting of reported technical errors and subsequent optimization (prevention of errors in the future) of the Application.
2. Legal Basis - The legal basis for processing the personal data listed in point 1 is the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
3. Retention period - The personal data listed in point 1 is stored indefinitely.
4. Other recipients The personal data listed in point 1 are processed by the following instruments

• Digital Ocean, DigitalOcean, LLC. (www.digitalocean.com)
• Sentry, Functional Software, Inc. (www.sentry.io)
• Grafana, Grafana Labs, (www.grafana.com)

Processing in the context of analytics Applications

1. Specifications - In connection with the analytics of the Application, the Operator processes the User's personal data about the User's behavior on the Application. All such personal data is stored in a fully anonymised form.
2. Purpose - The Operator processes the personal data listed in point 1 for the purpose of monitoring traffic on the Application and its subsequent optimization.
3. Legal basis - The legal basis for processing the personal data listed in point 1 is the legitimate interest of the Operator.
4. Retention period - The personal data listed in point 1 is stored indefinitely.
5. Other recipients - The personal data listed in point 1 is processed by Amplitude, operated by Amplitude Inc. (www.amplitude.com).

Processing in connection with the placement of cookies

1. Specifications - By means of the checkbox located on the home screen of the Application, the User may consent to the processing of personal data in connection with the storage of cookies on his/her device.
2. Purpose - The purposes for which personal data is processed vary depending on the nature of the cookies stored, with more detailed information provided in the Use of Cookies document (link to page).
3. Legal basis - The legal basis for processing personal data is the User's consent.
4. Retention period - Information about the retention period of personal data in connection with the storage of individual cookies varies depending on the nature of the cookies stored, and more detailed information is provided in the document Use of cookies (link to page).
5. Other recipients - The categories of recipients of personal data vary depending on the nature of the cookies stored and more detailed information is provided in the document Use of cookies (link to page).

User rights

1. If the User suspects that the processing of his/her personal data has violated or is violating the rules of personal data protection, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).
2. The User has the right to ask the Operator for information about the scope of his/her personal data processing, exclusively by email to info@discoverlva.com. After the aforementioned action, the Operator is obliged to provide the User with this information within a maximum of one month.
3. If the Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. The User may withdraw his/her consent via the Application.
4. If the Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the User has at any time the right to so-called portability of such data, which will be provided to the User in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
5. The User may object to the processing of personal data that the Operator processes on the basis of legitimate interest.
6. If the User believes that the personal data held about him/her by the Operator is inaccurate or incomplete, he/she has the right to request the Operator to update or complete it.
7. The User has the right to request the deletion of his personal data if they are not necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, if he has withdrawn his consent to their processing or if they were processed unlawfully.

Final provisions

1. The Operator uses administrative, technical and factual security measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.
2. All personal data of the User are stored in the territory of the European Union.
3. The Operator reserves the right to change the Policy. The User is therefore advised to check the Policy periodically in order to be informed of his/her rights and obligations.
4. The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. In cases of disputes, it is settled before the competent municipal court based on the Operator's registered office.
