Definition of terms

1. Operator - The Operator of the Website is the company moraviandata s.r.o., Smetanovo nábřeží 3241/38, 690 02 Břeclav, ID No. 14434954, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, file No. C 128311, email: info@moraviandata.com.
2. User - User is a natural person who uses the Website.
3. Website - The Website is the discoverlva.com website, which serves to promote tourism in the Lednice-Valtice area.
4. Website Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) - The Website Terms of Use are the terms and conditions of use of the discoverlva.com website.

User's rights and obligations

1. The User has the right to use the Website free of charge within the limits of the Terms and Conditions.
2. The User is obliged to use the Website only in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic.
3. The User may use the Website exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other purpose is prohibited without the written consent of the Operator.
4. The User is prohibited from using any automatic system or software to extract data from the Website (so-called "data scraping") for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
5. The User acknowledges that the content of the Website, such as any information, data, photographs, graphic designs or logos, may be subject to intellectual property, copyright or database rights and therefore may not be reproduced for any purpose without the written consent of the Operator.
6. The User is prohibited from altering, modifying or redistributing the Website in any way.
7. The User is forbidden to use the Website in a way that could lead to its damage, disabling or overloading its infrastructure.
8. The User is prohibited from attempting to disrupt the security of the Website, its appearance and availability, or otherwise attempt to damage the accounts of other Users or the Operator's administrative accounts.
9. If the User is considered a minor in his/her country, the User needs the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Website.

Operator's rights and obligations

1. The Operator shall make every effort to prevent unauthorized processing of personal data by third parties. However, if this occurs, the Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User.
2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the Website, even if it is caused by the proper use of the Website.
3. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
4. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by interruptions in the operation of the Website, especially with regard to the maintenance of the Website or the maintenance of third-party software. In the event of an interruption, the User is not entitled to any damages or compensation.
5. The Operator has the right to claim damages from Users who commit acts on the Website that are not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
6. The Operator has the right to temporarily or permanently block a User's account if the User has committed a violation of the Terms. In connection with such conduct, the User shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation from the Operator.
7. The Operator has the right to store COOKIES files on the User's terminal equipment, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. For the storage of COOKIES that are not exclusively related to the proper functioning of the Website, the Operator needs the User's consent.
8. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Operator has the right to hold and process the User's personal data only to the extent specified in the Website's Personal Data Processing Policy.

Final provisions

1. The Operator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. The User is therefore advised to check the Terms and Conditions periodically in order to be informed of his/her rights and obligations.
2. The legal relationship shall be governed by the law of the Czech Republic. In cases of disputes, they shall be settled before the competent municipal court based on the Operator's registered office.
