Definition of terms

1. Operator - The Operator of the Website is the company moraviandata s.r.o., Smetanovo nábřeží 3241/38, 690 02 Břeclav, ID No. 14434954, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, file No. C 128311, email: info@moraviandata.com.
2. User - User is a natural person who uses the Website.
3. Website - The Website is the discoverlva.com website, which serves to promote tourism in the Lednice-Valtice area.
4. Website Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) - The Website Personal Data Processing Policy is a document in which the Operator describes how it collects, uses, provides and protects the User's personal data on the discoverlva.com website.

User rights

1. If the User suspects that the processing of his/her personal data has violated or is violating the rules of personal data protection, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).
2. The User has the right to ask the Operator for information about the scope of his/her personal data processing, exclusively by email to info@discoverlva.com. After the aforementioned action, the Operator is obliged to provide the User with this information within a maximum of one month.
3. If the Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. The User may withdraw his/her consent via the Website.
4. If the Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, the User has at any time the right to so-called portability of such data, which will be provided to the User in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
5. The User may object to the processing of personal data that the Operator processes on the basis of legitimate interest.

Final provisions

1. The Operator uses administrative, technical and factual security measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.
2. All personal data of the User are stored in the territory of the European Union.
3. The Operator reserves the right to change the Policy. The User is therefore advised to check the Policy periodically in order to be informed of his/her rights and obligations.
4. The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. In cases of disputes, they are settled before the competent municipal court based on the Operator's registered office.
