Hubert's shack

About the place

The building used to be a hayloft on the road from the chateau park towards Janohrad, of which only the outer walls of the ground floor remain. It is currently being reconstructed to its original appearance. The building was built at the beginning of the 19th century as an imitation of Alpine shepherds' huts. In the vicinity of the building, there is a green marked hiking trail leading from Lednice around Janohrad to Breclav.
