The Church of St. Peter and Paul in Podivín is one of the oldest monuments of the town. It has a medieval origin, which has not been preserved in its original form, because the church has undergone a number of significant modifications over the centuries. The church stands on the highest point of the town, and was built in its present form at the end of the 18th century.
